My name is Sheila Hall. I am 41 years old, from Pierre, South Dakota. I am in prison, but housed at the Hughes County Jail due to overcrowding at our prison. My outdate is September of 2027, so time enough for us to get to know one another.   We are soon to be in the process of either moving back to the prison in Pierre, SD or moving to the new prison in Rapid City, SD (might have to search for me at Inmate Locator for South Dakota).
