Instructions, Terms, and Conditions:

By clicking on the Submit button at the bottom of the page, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed on our Printable Application.
Women only.
Must be in federal or state prison, no county or regional jails (except when inmates are kept in regional or county institutions due to overcrowding in state facilities. Inmates MUST be listed on the state corrections/prison website.).
No refunds. Payments made for inmates who do not fit the above criteria will be accepted as donations to Paper Dolls for general expenses.
Funds may be mailed to us or sent electronically through PayPal ONLY to PaperDolls@mail.com. See the price list below.
Pages will not be put online until we receive FULL payment.
If you send money through PayPal make sure you include a note for whose application it should be credited to and any extra services you are paying for (i.e., email, Daily Dozen, extra photos, copy to be mailed to the inmate).
If you want to pay using cash, check, or money order, our mailing address is Paper Dolls, P.O. Box 218, Oregon, WI 53575.
Applications received through this electronic application will be deleted after 10 days if they are not paid for. Funds received for deleted applications will require that the application be resubmitted.
Only the inmate who the page is for may request to have her page removed. She must write to us from her prison address and request that we remove her Paper Dolls page. We will delete the page and all photos from the web server the day we receive her request.
Pages may take up to a 14 days to be put online.
Fraudulent information submitted will result in a fraud notice on the web page, and the page will be removed ONLY at the discretion of Paper Dolls personnel.
Sexual content or photos will not be put on a web page.
Applications with links to a website or web page will not be saved.
Content that is judged by Paper Dolls staff to be demeaning, derogatory, or otherwise negative about the inmate or someone else will not be used.
Photos may be sent to us through email at PaperDolls@mail.com, or by mailing physical copies of the photo(s) to the address at the top of our Printable Application.
PHOTOS MUST BE LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD. IF YOU SEND PHOTOS THAT ARE OLDER, THEY WILL NOT BE USED.
Maximum of 3 photos with the basic application. Additional photos submitted at the time of the application are $1 each.
Photos submitted more than a week after the original application are considered photo revisions and will require payment as a revision.
Sexual photos, glamour shots, and bikini photos will not be used. Photos with the person's head and/or face cut off/covered or Snapchat filters that distort or add false features will not be used. We cannot use photos that are copyrighted (which includes photos with a website name on them). Photos from prison will be displayed first.
Profiles with HTTP or A REF references will not be saved.
We will not notify you if any of the photos submitted fail to meet the requirements above.
Once you click on the Submit button, you cannot modify the application.
