"I've been corresponding, talking, and visited Ms. Holtackers ... and it's been made clear that she is only interested in money. She will make up different stories about being jumped, possessions being robbed, her Pin # being hacked, and her commissary account being robbed from. Initially, her 'stories' made sense, but after getting to know her, and her mother, that's when stories became conflicting. In speaking with officers at her correction facility, this has been an on going pattern with Ms. Holtackers and confirmed by her mother."
